LAKEWOOD, OH (November, 2013): ride + workout is expanding with a new adjoining studio, row + workout, another premier group fitness facility from local studio owner Ann Weixel. Grand Opening Day is Sunday, December 1st classes! Must reserve your spot online at www.rideandworkout.com as pre-registration is required for your complimentary class.
As the first Cleveland-area fitness studio to offer indoor group rowing classes, row + workout’s class schedule will include a variety of specialized classes for all levels of clients, including: Indo-Row® rowing classes, the perfect calorie burn; Shockwave® (high-intensity interval training) circuit classes, the most efficient total body workout in the world; and flow yoga, focusing on form and alignment. With 21 new WaterRowers and a fully-remodeled open space for flow yoga, row + workout will build upon the dedicated fitness community already familiar with Weixel’s existing studio while welcoming additional clients through the expanded class offerings.
“We want all of our clients to feel welcome and inspired,” says Weixel. “The new rowing classes, especially, promote camaraderie and engagement between class participants while challenging them both physically and mentally in new and exciting ways.”
The Indo-Row® and Shockwave® programs are designed to maximize full-body workouts while minimizing the potential for injury that are common in high impact activities.
Flow yoga classes will focus on proper form and alignment with the needs of the athlete in mind.
“We believe in high intensity, low impact workouts,” says Weixel, “and in inspiring our clients to become better versions of themselves.”
row + workout’s opening will add local jobs through its expanded instructor roster and will offer over 65 weekly classes through the combined studios’ schedule.
Official grand opening is slated for December 1, 2013.
