ROW Basics is a perfect first class for new rowers and experienced rowers who desire to work on their form and the power behind the stroke. Learn about the importance of stroke rate and improving your 500 meter split. Feel free to ask questions throughout class. Plenty of variety and recovery time is included during the 60 minutes.
Already a regular exerciser? Join us in any ROW Basics or ROW 60, ROW HIIT or ROW Sculpt class. You are always welcomed to pace yourself and take breaks as needed. Correct rowing form emphasized in all row classes.
